For companies and organizations who are in need of advisory services, FSO PROS® conducts an initial assessment (self-inspection), which is invaluable for both parties.  Once completed, our client will be confident that it is compliant with DCSA (Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency), and FSO PROS® will have a complete profile, to understand the make-up of the entity, in order to best support its' security program going forward. 

FSO PROS® offers a cost-effective monthly subscription, which includes proactive on-going compliance updates and guidance for FSOs.  In addition, FSO support services are provided according to each client's requirements. 
FACILITY SECURITY:
  • Act as the Assistant/Alternate FSO to help maintain all aspects of the Facility Security Program and ensure that the organization is in compliance with all aspects of the NISPOM Rule, 32 CFR Part 117.
  • Maintain all Facility Clearance Related Documents; update and submit to DCSA (as needed).
  • Develop and maintain a Standard Practice Procedure Policy, Annual Security Awareness Program including Insider Threat training.
  • Conduct Self-Inspections as necessary.
  • Notify the Facility Security Officer (FSO) of any issues.
  • Coordinate Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) annual inspections, incident reports, suspicious contact reports, and any changes that may affect the facility on behalf of the FSO.
PERSONNEL SECURITY:
  • Provide support for security related questions and verifications.
  • Maintain all clearance records in DISS / NBIS, including the Personnel Security Management (PSM) Net and all Non-Disclosure Agreements (SF 312s) for each cleared employee.
  • Conduct and maintain annual security awareness training for each employee.
  • Process new investigation and periodic re-investigation requests.  The system of record is transitioning from DISS to NBIS (eQIPs have transitioned to eAPP).
  • Fingerprint personnel and submit via SWFT.
  • Process Clearance Nomination Packages for Public Trust or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearances (if required).
  • Visitor Control: process incoming and outgoing visit requests.
