FSO Program Management

FSO PROS® Complete Program Management
- Act as the Assistant/Alternate FSO to help maintain all aspects of the Facility Security Program and ensure that the organization is in compliance with all aspects of the NISPOM Rule, 32 CFR Part 117.
- Maintain all Facility Clearance Related Documents; update and submit to DCSA (as needed).
- Develop and maintain your organization’s security policies and procedures such as Standard Practice Procedures, Insider Threat Program, etc.
- Develop and maintain organization’s security training programs, such as Initial Security Briefing, Annual Refresher Training, Insider Threat, etc.
- Conduct Self-Inspections as necessary.
- Notify the Facility Security Officer (FSO) of any issues.
- Coordinate Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) annual inspections, incident reports, suspicious contact reports, and any changes that may affect the facility on behalf of the FSO.
- Provide support for security related questions and verifications.
- Maintain personnel clearance records in DISS and NBIS.
- Administer security forms and maintain personnel security files, such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (SF 312), Common Access Card (CAC) forms, etc.
- Administer security training and maintain security training records.
- PProcess new investigations, continuous vetting renewals, RFA responses, and reportable events.
- Fingerprint personnel and submit via SWFT.
- Process Public Trust Packages.
- Process nomination packages for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
- Visitor Control: process incoming and outgoing visit requests.
Surge Security Support
Standby and augmented security resources for project-based security requirements.
FSO PROS® can provide passive hourly support as an extension of an organization’s security team, to assist with project surges. This is helpful for companies who experience significant personnel on/off boarding activities, or their security team is understaffed.
Under this option, both compliance and personnel security support is available, including backup AFSOs with access to the organization’s government systems.
